A refreshed Suburban Australia for churches, charities and community organisations

Suburban Australia has refreshed its public direction with Suburban Secure, a focused service for churches, charities, schools, ministries and community organisations that need technology to be easier to understand, secure and maintain.

Many organisations are facing a difficult mix of compliance expectations, privacy responsibilities, cyber security risk, volunteer turnover and rising device costs. At the same time, their technology environments have often grown through years of separate decisions: email in one place, files in another, Wi-Fi installed by a helper, phones or cameras from a different provider, and shared devices that no one fully owns.

The aim of Suburban Secure is to help leaders step back and see the whole picture. That can include email security, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, mobile device management, routing, Wi-Fi, phones, NVR/camera platforms, websites, cloud storage, data access, device procurement and handover documentation.

This is not about creating complexity for its own sake. It is about designing practical foundations that reduce patchwork, make responsibilities clearer, and help organisations protect the people and information entrusted to them.
